PARACHINAR: A bomb targeting a passenger van killed over 10 people in Godar, Kurram Agency.
The bomb was a remote controlled one and killed over ten peopl
e of which one was a
woman and one, a child said Shahid Ali Khan, the assistant political agent for Kurram Agency in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
The bomb was detonated as so
on as passengers were seen coming.
The van was on its way from Godar to Sadda.
Three of the injured are in critical condition according to the doctors Agency Headquarters Hospital.
The injured pers
ons were first taken to a hospital in Sadda, but no doctors were present to tend to the injured and they were moved to Agency Headquarters Hospital Parachinar.
Some of the injured will be transferred to
Peshawar in the M-17 aircraft that has reached Parachinar.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif condemned the blast.
