LAHORE: Former Punjab governor and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Leader Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that the terrorists are the enemies of peace and the corrupt people are enemies of national
progress.
“Pakistan needs peace along with prosperity and
progress,” the PTI leader said, adding that PTI is fighting on every front for across the board accountability under the leade
rship of Imran Khan.
The for
mer governor was addressing the workers in his office on Sa
turday, where
he said that Pakistan cannot become the country of Iqbal and Jinnah in presence of corruption.
“To become the Pakistan of Jinnah and Iqbal, we must apprehend the corrupt people and fraud must be deported from country,”
he said.
Sarwar said that Imran Khan is fighting for the rights of people and collective interest of the country. “PTI is fighting for the nation’s interest under the leade
rship of Imran Khan, which will not be compromised in any case.”
